Our mission is simple: End human trafficking

A Direct Approach to Ending Human Trafficking

Many feel that ending human trafficking is an impossible mission because of the challenges that come with it, such as…

  • Our cities and counties lack a holistic approach to detecting, disrupting, and dismantling human trafficking
  • Anti Human Trafficking actions are often independent and jurisdictional, lacking a cohesive effective strategy to make a state-wide or national difference
  • Education about how to fight human trafficking is either not widely accessible or lacks the advanced training necessary for important entities such as law enforcement, community leaders, and key businesses

Our GOAL is to change the narrative and get results

We are an assembled team of trained volunteers, led by Anti-human trafficking experts with over 25 years of law enforcement, with the mission to advocate for the vulnerable and marginalized in our communities affected by sex and labor trafficking.

This involves three highly important functions. The first is to create awareness of human trafficking by presenting the issue with facts ascertained by reliable sources and lived experiences. The second is education about human trafficking by building a systems-based approach. The third is training: providing both proactive and reactive methods to accurately observe and report appropriate activities that align with the behaviors and indicators of human trafficking.

This approach employs a broad “ground-taking” strategy. In order to end the practice of human trafficking a disruption is necessary; identifying the “where and when” this activity is present and then responding by taking that space and time away is critical to a reduction and elimination.

This activity requires knowledge of how human trafficking functions, the actors involved, the “push and pull” factors, vulnerabilities, exploitative techniques, and the drivers of demand. Creating and utilizing tools and methods to rip apart the human trafficking process and eradicate compliant environments that allow for trafficking to function is paramount to the success of ending human trafficking.

“I am extremely encouraged by the work that Alan Wilkett and his anti-human trafficking nonprofit “Warrior 321” are doing to combat this modern day slavery issue. I’ve known Alan for six years and he’s a leader and significant difference-maker in fighting to protect minors and adults from trafficking.”

In that time, he has been a trusted friend in law enforcement, always willing to help bridge a gap or open a door. He has been a powerful voice in changing legislature, bringing along other experts to truly make a change in how survivors are treated. He has been a respected colleague, sharing a stage with others to show a true collaboration and one voice. He has been a treasured advocate of survivors everywhere, always ensuring that our voice is heard loud and clear before anyone else’s. ”
